CONFERENCE INTRODUCING HDPE AQUACULTURE FISH CAGES
On the afternoon of August 17 - 18, in Van Ninh and Cam Ranh district, Dekko Group coordinated with Khanh Hoa Provincial Agricultural Extension Center to organize a conference "Introducing HDPE fish farming cage".
Attending the conference were Mr. Phuong Minh Nam - Deputy Director of Khanh Hoa Provincial Agricultural Extension Center, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Y - Head of Van Ninh District Economic Department, Mr. Nguyen Manh Ha - Deputy General Director of Dekko Group Joint Stock Company, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Son - Director of the Central branch and the presence of fishermen in Khanh Hoa province.

Previously, on October 4, 2021, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 1664/QD-TTg approving the "Project for developing marine aquaculture until 2030, vision to 2045" . Accordingly, the general goal is to develop marine farming into a large-scale, industrial, synchronous, safe, effective, sustainable and environmentally friendly commodity production industry; create well products that meet the demand of the domestic and oversea markets; create jobs, improve socio-economic conditions and increase income for communities; contribute to protecting security and national defense in sea and islands of the Fatherland.
And to accomplish that goal, one of the solutions encouraged by the government for fish farming households is to convert traditional cages to HDPE cages. Accordingly, Dekko Group has researched and developed the product "HDPE fish farming cages - Optimal solution to help increase fishery productivity."
At the seminar yesterday afternoon, representatives of Dekko Group introduced to fishermen the advantages of HDPE cages compared to traditional cages, as well as the ability of this model to adapt to natural disasters. The conference is also an opportunity to share practical experiences on farming techniques in HDPE cages, how to actively consume products, and also introduce to fishermen a model that combines fish farming with developing ecotourism brings sustainable economic efficiency.

The delegates attending the conference highly appreciated the economic, social and environmental effectiveness of the aquaculture model using HDPE cages in general and Dekko's products in particular.
